We always advise our clients to think of a website as an ongoing project that matures and evolves over time. Generally, we recommend that web projects are phased, by focusing on the build of sound foundations in the first instance and allowing the site to flower gradually as the site evidences its value and usage. It is of course equally possible to deliver a fully featured site all in one go.
