Brochures
This form allows visitors to request a visitor guide from the destination. They are configured so visitors can request one or more brochures by filling out an online form. In addition to filling out the standard name and address fields, the form can be adapted so that other useful information can be captured. Questions such as how the user found out about the site and what their interest areas are can be captured in the customer database and exported or profiled for other purposes, such as personalised e-mails and market research.
The form is also configured so that the actual request is sent directly to relevant fulfilment offices. Other versions of these forms can be used for many other purposes including general enquiries, competitions, etc, all of which improve your chance to build an accurate customer database which can be used for subsequent e-marketing.
