'Submit your events online' example CRM form

This form is an example of how New Vision Group's CRM form can be tailored to any customer relationship or data capture requirement.

The form has been designed to be included on a site that promotes local events, and invites users to upload one-off events directly to the data steward, who will then manually apply the details to the correct venue in the database.

The fields have been applied as profile questions to enable maximum flexibility. For organisers of a particular venue that may have regular events, it is recommended that this provider is given a Guestlink logon to update their own venue directly (under moderation).
